Lindsey Bundy is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Holistic Lifestyle Coach. She is an extreme exercise enthusiast as well as an advocate of a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Lindsey loves to motivate and educate all fitness levels. She will encourage and help you reach your goals and beyond. She placed first at the INFB Buckeye Classic Women’s Lightweight Body Building in April 2010. She also is the 2007 Overall Ms. Ohio Figure Champion as well as placed in the top five at the 2008 and 2009 Arnold Classic. Lindsey believes that true success as a personal trainer comes from helping a client learn to live a healthy, active lifestyle as well as building self-confidence.
