through the American Council of Exercise. I spent 13
years of my life participating in gymnastics.
Through this experience I learned the importance of
exercise and good technique. I did an internship
with The Ohio State University Strength and
Conditioning Coach, Anthony Glass, while in college
which allowed me to gain experience with a variety
of athletes as well. I now have 6 years of personal
training experience. I enjoy working with all ranges
of clientele but if I had to specialize it would be
with general population, weight loss and working
with people to live an all around healthy lifestyle
including good nutrition, cardio and resistance
training.
