of diverse age ranges and skill levels. Our
Goal is to work with you to design a sport-specific
training program that will meet the needs of each
individual athlete enhancing their performance.
Our performance training is designed to make the

Kids Fitness
With today’s childhood obesity being such an issue,
Kids Fitness is a fun and exciting way to keep kids
active! Take a break from the video games and
help today’s youth discover how much fun exercise
can be while getting in shape! This program
will incorporate many different muscular and
cardiovascular exercises that will encourage your
kids to live a healthy, active lifestyle.
Cardiovascular exercises will include different
forms of running, jumping and agility exercises.
Muscular strength will be developed through
different exercises using low –weight medicine
balls, resistance bands and their own body weight.
In addition, kids will be taught the importance of
healthy eating habits and the basics of nutrition.
Kids Fitness is a great way for kids to stay active
and develop a healthy lifestyle early on.
Circuit Training
Circuit Training is a great way to enjoy a personal
trainer with 3-5 other people at a reduced price.
Circuit Training involves a series of total body
resistance and cardiovascular exercises using
moderate weights and high repetitions with short
rests between exercises. With your heart rate
elevated the entire workout, this workout will burn
more calories than a traditional machine workout.
Each workout has
a variety of new and different
exercises which kills the monotony that many
workouts fall into. Circuit Training is a
great workout for any level of fitness whether you
are a beginner wanting to get in shape and lose
weight or already in great shape looking for a way
to change your workout routine!
