Individual Personal Training
Infinity Fitness’ Nationally Certified Personal Trainers will partner one-on-one with you to help launch and sustain a smart and safe exercise program. Our programs will guide you step-by-step as a beginner, move you beyond a stubborn plateau, help you break out of a fitness rut or simply re-energize your workout. Your personal trainer will work with you to make living a healthy lifestyle attainable through guidance on nutrition, cardiovascular and resistance training. Whatever you’re trying to achieve, Infinity Fitness’ Personal Trainers can help you get there by supplying you with expertise and motivation by tailoring each program specifically to your needs based on your fitness goals and health history. Along the way, they’ll challenge you, change your outlook and build confidence with results that extend far beyond the mirror.

Small Group Personal Training
Whether you put together your own group of friends or join an existing group, Infinity Fitness’ small group training is an affordable way to experience the benefits of personal training in a more social atmosphere.  Your small group, of 2-6 people, will all be working towards a similar goal while encouraging each other along the way.

Circuit Training
Circuit Training is a great way to enjoy a personal trainer with 3-5 other people at a reduced price. It involves a series of total body resistance and cardiovascular exercises using moderate weights and high repetitions with short rests between exercises. With your heart rate elevated the entire workout, this type of exercise will burn more calories than a traditional machine workout. Each workout has a variety of new and different exercises, killing the monotony that many workouts fall into. Circuit Training is a great workout for any level of fitness whether you are a beginner wanting to get in shape and lose weight or already in great shape looking for a way to change your workout routine!

Bootcamp
Bring your A-game to this advanced, high-intensity bootcamp style class because we aren't going to take it easy on you. This challenging mix of plyometrics, strength training and whatever else we can think of will be sure to soak your sweat rag by the end of the workout. If you have been seeking a new and exciting way to push yourself to the limit, this class is for YOU!
