Athlete Training
Infinity
Fitness is continuously developing and refining the
most current training techniques, enabling athletes
to increase their overall speed, strength,
explosiveness, agility, and sport-specific ability.
The speed development curriculum and weight training
techniques were developed by strength and
conditioning coaches. Infinity Fitness
athletes compete in a wide variety of sports and are
of diverse age ranges and skill levels. Our
Goal is to work with you to design a sport-specific
training program that will meet the needs of each
individual athlete enhancing their performance.
Our performance training is designed to make the
athlete faster, stronger, more agile and explosive,
while the sport-specific training is designed to
target athletic ability in the sport in which the
athlete competes. Infinity Fitness has a
customized training program for every sport, every
position, and every skill level.

Aging Adults
Designed
for a generation that grew up with less awareness
about the benefits of exercise or major health
issues, our Aging Adults program has been developed
to educate, rehabilitate and strengthen! We
understand that every person is coming in at a
different place in their health and fitness journey
so this program is individualized to each client and
their specific needs. Everyone has to start
somewhere and we want our non-intimating personal
training studio to be the place where everyone can
come and feel comfortable. Our certified
trainers are experienced at working with clients of
every background, whether it is heart disease,
diabetes, back pain, arthritis or even just a lack
of motivation!

Kids Fitness
Start
your own Kids Fitness class with a group of peers or
join an already existing class! With today’s
childhood obesity being such an issue, Kids Fitness
is a fun and exciting way to keep kids active!
Take a break from the video games and help today’s
youth discover how much fun exercise can be while
getting in shape! This program will incorporate many
different muscular and cardiovascular exercises that
will encourage your kids to live a healthy, active
lifestyle. Cardiovascular exercises will
include different forms of running, jumping and
agility exercises. Muscular strength will be
developed through different exercises using
low–weight medicine balls, resistance bands and
their own body weight. In addition, kids will
be taught the importance of healthy eating habits
and the basics of nutrition. Kids Fitness is a
great way for kids to stay active and develop a
healthy lifestyle early on.

Pre-natal/Post-pregnancy
Find
out you’re pregnant and scared you will gain too
much? Had a baby and can’t lose the baby fat? Our
pre-natal/post-pregnancy program will put you at
ease about your health and allow you to focus on the
more important issues at hand. Doctors now recommend
working out and being active all the way up until
the day you pop and again, under most circumstances,
six weeks after delivery. Our
qualified trainers
will help to keep you in your healthy weight gain
guidelines and help make your delivery and recovery
a much smoother process. Who said once you have a
baby, your body goes down the crapshoot?

Running Club
Whether
you are preparing for your first run ever or you are looking to qualify for the Boston Marathon,
Infinity Fitness’s Running Club will help increase
your stamina and strength to get you to the next level. As experts in the field, we have designed a
program that not only progresses your running successfully, but it also stresses the importance of
cross-training while training. No matter what experience you have, bring your running shoes and high
expectations and we will make you the runner you have always dreamt of becoming!

Core Training
Your
CORE is often referred to as the middle section of your body which supports the rest of your body.
Without a strong and sturdy core, many problems arise such as back pain and a flabby mid-section.
These problems are very treatable with the right exercise program designed by Infinity Fitness’s
